All products on our website are manufactured to the highest possible standards and using the latest available technologies. We are therefore confident that your products will be received without faults.
However, should any part of your product be faulty please send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt, including all parts, instructions, accessories and packaging. On receipt of the product we will offer you the choice of either a full refund (including any postage you have paid - Please note this only applies to products which after inspection have been found to be faulty), or a new replacement (where we will meet the replacement delivery cost on your behalf).
The above Returns Policy is valid only for products purchased directly from our on-line store . All products purchased at any other retailer will be subject to that retailer's usual terms and conditions regarding Returns.
Tanks are generally sold dead on arrival meaning they cannot be returned due to hygiene issues, however if the tank is found to have a manufacturing fault then we will try our best to find a solution in these circumstances.
Batteries and Atomisers/Coils are ‘consumable’ goods. This means that they will always need replacement over time. Batteries are expected to last, on average, 8 to 12 weeks, and Atomisers/Coils are expected to last, on average, 1 to 4 weeks – these times will vary depending on level of usage, coil type, e-liquid and power .
